About this development
Construction of the Regional Information Communication Technologies Centre of Excellence Project at the Kigali Campus in Rwanda. The scope of works includes: i. Construction of Academic Building Block with lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor along with waterproofing of lower ground floor as well as roof etc.; ii. Construction of Amphitheater / OAT, retaining walls etc. iii. Construction of roads, pathways etc. iv. Water supply, water softening plant / RO water plant Internal / external sewerage system, STP, storm water drains etc. v. Rain water harvesting system, bore well etc. vi. Construction of underground & over head water tank, pump house etc. vii. External electrical works e.g. HT / LT equipment & panels, cabling, DG set, street lighting, solar lighting, substation building etc. viii. Lifts – supply, erection and commissioning of lifts. ix. Fire fighting works – supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fire fighting network and associates works. x. HVAC works – supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air conditioning and ventilation systems. xi. Landscaping & associated works.
