The refurbishment of the Tayob Towers includes the refurbishment of the 2 storey basement parking area consisting of 165 parking bays and ground floor retail shops totaling 1 946m². The works also include the conversion of the 1st floor offices into @ works offices totaling approximately 2 414m². The remainder of the floors, floors 2 - 17, includes the refurbishment of the existing office areas into new residential units which includes new dividing and internal walls, new sanitary fittings, new floor finishes, new kitchens, plastering and painting paint to new and existing existing walls, etc. The existing roof will be re-waterproofed. Tayob Towers is situated on stand 488/92 and stand 494/8 which is bordered by Goud, President, Nugget and Market Streets in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
