Reding Dam / Reding Hills Development. The site is 10km north of Empangeni in KwaZulu-Natal on the old Mtubatuba road (main road 425). The proposal is for a mixed-use development comprising primarily residential properties, with some commercial and recreational components adjacent to the existing Okula (Reding Dam).
