About this development
Re-development of old housing estates within Nairobi City County in Kenya. The programme is aimed at re-planning and redeveloping all the estates in the city as a contribution to the reaction of Vision 2030. This initial phase of the programme is aimed at redeveloping seven (7) sites spread over the county as indicated as follows: Lot 1 Proposed Project: Bachelors/Jevanjee, Acreage (Approx) 8.8; Lot 2 Ngong Road, Acreage: 15.0; Lot 3 - Old Ngara, Acreage: 3.28; Lot 4 - Pangani, Acreage: 5.2; Lot 5 - Uhuru, Acreage: 5.0; Lot 6 - New Ngara Acreage 4.12; Lot 7 - Suna Road, Acreage: 5.0. The Sh54 billion project will see the old houses replaced with 10,200 new apartment units.
