Redevelopment of the Maringo old housing estate in Nairobi, Kenya. The site is located between Jogoo, Nile, Nyasa and Wangu roads. The phase 1 site is approximately 7.0Ha. The existing development is old bungalows. The Proposed project will be a high density of between 6 to 16 storey apartments with a total of approximately 8 000 units broken down as follows: 3 bedrooms 2 800units, 2 bedroom 4 000 units and 1 bedroom 1 200 units.
