Section 15C runs from Louis Road (km5.9) to Newick Road (km8.6) Its travels along Louis Botha Avenue, between the intersection of Louis Botha Avenue and Louis Road and the intersection of Louis Botha Avenue and Newick Road, Hillbrow, Gauteng . The scope of work includes traffic accommodation, clearing and grabbing, construction of commercial gravel sub-base layers, construction of BTB base, asphalting, road marking, traffic signal installation and street lighting upgrade.
