The extension of the Raisethorpe Water Canal Upgrade in Raisethorpe, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal consisting of the canalization of 400m of watercourse between Kingston and Emam roads, and the canalization of an additional 150m of watercourse downstream of Emam Road to the confluence with the Baynespruit River where the watercourse sill be trained into the Baynespruit River.
