Construction of the 92 000m² regional mall to be known as the Rainbow Shopping Centre situated within the Central Precinct in the suburb of Annlin West, 6km from the Pretoria CBD, in Gauteng. The Rainbow Shopping Centre will open onto vibrant public spaces and integrate with river edge and parkland. The site's central location benefits from good visibility and excellent accessibility from the main road with uncomplicated internal access and adequate parking facilities. The site will be in close proximity to the TRT Terminal and transport inter-modal facilities. The Rainbow Mall is estimated to cost about R2.5 Billion The concept of Rainbow Junction as a Festival City - the place where Africa meets, celebrates, does business and plays has been celebrated throughout the design.
