Construction of a Multimodal Transit-Oriented Business Hub and MICE Core on 425 acres of Kenya Railways land in Nairobi, Kenya. Project Cost: Approximately Ksh 30 Billion. Scope of works could include: MICE Core: Development of a 100-room 5-star hotel, a 600-room 4-star hotel, and world-class international conference and exhibition facilities. Commercial & Retail: Construction of high-rise office blocks (up to 25 storeys), a 2.4km shopping promenade, and entertainment zones including an IMAX theatre. GPS Marker has been placed at the Nairobi Central Railway Station, the heart of the Business Hub, 1°17'30.1"S 36°49'39.7"E
