About this development
Construction of the infrastructure and services and a gatehouse for a new industrial park spanning 35ha is to be built in stages at the WesBank Raceway near Germiston, in Gauteng. Phase 1 of the park will consist of 9 stands, which range in size from 3 500m² to 11 500m², the 2nd phase of the development will consist of eight stands, which will range in size from 600m² to 12 000m².
