About this development
Construction of a mini-factory scheme with Pangbourne at the main entrance to the Raceway Industrial Park. This consists of 11 000m² and in addition they are developing a 6 000m² warehouse, on one of the stands in phase one at a new industrial park spanning 35ha which is to be built in stages at the WesBank Raceway near Germiston, in Gauteng. To be known as Raceway Industrial Park.
