The development will be a new comprehensive retail and commercial node of which the Maseru Mall forms part of it. Phase 1 of the Maseru Mall will be 32 000m², followed by 20 000m² in Phase 2. Other development includes 20 000m² of offices, 8 000m² of motor showrooms, a 5 000m² service station, a hotel with 150 rooms and high density residential. Estimated project value of the Maseru Mall: R430 million.
