About this development
Construction of the residential portion of the Rabie Ridge Extension 7 mixed use township development in Gauteng. The site is situated on the remainder of Allandale 10 IR. The development is divided into two portions by Modderfontein Road. It is adjacent to and on the southern side of Republic Road. The site measures approximately 129, 6391 hectares in extent .The residential component will comprise of 90 000m² of Residential 1 housing ( RDP ), and 41 300m² of Residential 3 housing (High Density).
