About this development
Upgrade of National Road R24 southwards from the N4 at Rustenburg, North West Province. The upgrade entails the construction of a new dual carriageway road approximately 7.5km long from the N4 to the Oorsaak Road, upgrades of provincial roads at intersections with the R24, the construction of surface and gravel service roads, the widening of the existing bridge over the Waterkloof Spruit, the extension of the existing R24 road bridge over the N4, electrical and landscaping works. Rehabilitation of a 1.0km long section of the R24 at Olifantsnek with a relocation of the existing intersection is also included.
