About this development
Construction of the clubhouse and a four star hotel of approximately 185 beds, on Portion 9502 of Erf 1317 Mafikeng, as part of a mixed residential development, park and open space, and offices as a component of the proposed Marang Estate Development. The proposed development will be located on proposed Portions 9328-9501, 9509, 9511-9518 and 9520-9540 of Erf 1317 Mafikeng within the Mafikeng Local Municipality in the North West Province. The site is located between Nelson Mandela drive in the east, Sekame Drive in the south and the railway line in the west. The proposed development will consist of the following components: Residential development on portions 9328-9500, 9509, 9511, 9512, 9515- 9518, 9520-9530 and 9532-9539 (104.8ha); A park on Portion 9514 (1,6ha); Clubhouse and open area on Portion 9501 (7,4ha); Public road on Portion 9540; Offices on Portions 9513 and 9531 (9,2ha).
