Proposed ICPAK Centre, 6 Storey Apartment Block, Nairobi

Construction of the proposed ICPAK Centre, Nairobi in Kenya. The project's scope of works shall consist of the following: construction of 12 storey office block with a basement; extension, refurbishment and upgrading of the existing residential / hotel unit; construction of 6 storey, 24 no. apartment block with a basement; associated electrical works including power, ICT and access control; associated plumbing and drainage works; mechanical ventilation to the bathrooms, and air-conditioning to all 57 rooms of the hotel unit.
