Construction of the Project Windsor office development on two parcels of land measuring 5 254m² located between 6F Walter Carrington Crescent and 7A Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue in Victoria Island, Eti-Osa, Lagos State, Nigeria. The building will produce 12 000m² of prime A+ grade office space made up of a 12 storey office building and a parkade structure that will be connected at the first three levels (basement – second floor), producing a platform at the base of the structures.
