Construction of a Pressure Reducing Station (PRS) that will tie into the existing high pressure gas pipeline running along Hunslet Road. The proposed station will reduce the current transmission pressure from 3500kPa to a distribution pressure of 625kPa to allow for surrounding industries within the Phoenix industrial area to potentially convert to the cleaner burning Methane Rich Gas (MRG). The proposed station will be located on Erf 159, 20 Aberdare Road, along Hunslet Road, Phoenix, in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
