The site is located in the most Western part of Mkhambathini Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal, the Southern side of the N3 highway and close to the Umlaas/Thornville Interchange. To the North the properties are bordered by the R56 (Thornville - Richmond Main Road), to the East by the R603 Main Road, with Van's Garage on this road, opposite the site.
