Port of Durban Building Refurbishment

Refurbishment and reconstruction of existing buildings for the Transnet National Port Authority's Marine Building and Maintenance Department, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The proposed development will include demolition and refurbishment of existing buildings, construction of new buildings, construction of a prefabricated slipway into the harbour and associated infrastructure. The upgraded buildings will incorporate ablutions, a canteen, workshop, store rooms, garages, boat store, offices, wash bay, external brick storage bins, concrete access slabs and parking areas. The site is to be secured with fencing and access gates.
