About this development
Construction of the retail component as part of the the redevelopment of the South African Police Service (SAPS) Resort in Port Edward, KwaZulu-Natal. The Port Edward Holiday Resort was previously known as the Port Edward Police Resort which was established approximately 60 years ago. A promenade is proposed on the eastern extremity of the site. The development will also include the construction of a promenade, holiday rentals, permanent residences, retirement facilities, and a 200-bed hotel with conference and catering facilities.
