Ponta Dobela Tourism Project, Mozambique - Building

Construction of the Ponta Dobela tourism project in southern Maputo in Mozambique. The project is situated on two sites covering 1500 hectares along a 1 km stretch of beach, 100 km south of Maputo. The project comprises of 20 beach houses, 40 eco-houses, 3 beach bars, 4 spas, a restaurant of 352 square metres, a central building of 871m², a staff and services centre and a jetty.
