Construction of the Platinum Walk medium density residential development, which will consist of 25 units, each with a lock-up garage, and vary in size from 101m² for a one-bed loft apartment with a study to 135m² for a two-bed garden unit. A 3500m² Virgin Active Health Club is also proposed. The proposed site consists of two adjacent properties situated at 34 Old Main Road and 3 Lucas Drive, in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal.
