About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for a shopping complex comprising of anchor shops, line shops, value shops, restaurants and the required ablution, storage and parking facilities. The proposed development will have a total gross floor area of approximately 49 540 sqm a GLA of approximately 42 000 sqm and the building footprint will be approximately 32 318 sqm. A total of approximately 2584 parking bays will be provided. The project site is located int he area between the N4 Platinum Toll Road, the Johannesburg / Rustenburg Road (P16-1) and the extension of Waterberg Road, on erven 95 and 96 Waterval East Ext 24 and erven 190 and 191 Waterval East Ext 27, Rustenburg in the North West Province.
