About this development
Expansion of the existing Piggly Wiggly commercial node, as part of the Highgate Wine Estate on the remainder of sub 1 of the Farm Highgate No. 16635, near Lions River, in the KwaZulu-Natal midlands. The proposed development will comprise 55 self-contained homesteads, 20 for permanent residence and 35 for rental or holiday use, a 35 room hotel, a health spa, a wedding / conference venue and stables with associated paddocks.
