Construction of a flagship 10 000m² stand alone Pick n Pay Supermarket at Little Falls, in Wilgeheuwel Ext 44, Hendrik Potgieter Street in Roodepoort, Gauteng. Daylight harvesting will make use of natural light with green building design and technologies such as building orientation, fenestration and louvres. The building will also feature rainwater harvesting and grey water use. Recycled materials will be used during construction. Value of Project: R160 million.
