The development comprises of a Pick n Pay retail store of approximately 8 000m² and will include Pick n Pay's branded Liquor Store. The development will cater for the shoppers every need, with ample open and covered parking provided. Under a separate contract, there will also be the widening of the road, upgrading of the bridge across the Braamfontein Spruit and an additional lane from the intersection up to Sandton Drive.
