About this development
Renovation of the Public Investment Corporation office in Cape Town, in the Western Cape. All electrical and mechanical work will be subject to the provision of a compliance certificate. Public Investment Corporation (PIC) needs the services of a contractor to do the following: Construction of executive offices with glass. Construction of a prayer room, including changing floors. Construction of a filing room including changing flooring. Install glass wall between reception and the main board room. Lighting in reception area. New carpeting for meeting room. Renovate kitchen excluding flooring. Replace flooring on mezzanine floor with carpeting (boardroom area) and tiles (general area). Install shutter doors between boardroom and pause area. Renovate kitchenette including flooring.
