Construction of a R90 million neighbourhood shopping centre in Umlazi, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The development of the first phase of Philani Valley Shopping Centre will comprise of 32 stores with over 10 900m² of lettable area. The second phase will comprise of 2 000m² of lettable area. Philani Valley centre will have a total lettable area of 12 930m² and parking for 234 cars. It will also house a separate service station site.
