Construction of a new tank farm to store and distribute crude oil, biofuels, ethanol, liquid petroleum gas (LPG) and chemicals.The scope of works includes the construction of a two million cubic metre liquid bulk storage hub and throughput facility near Port Durnford station, approximately 25km south-east of the Port of Richards Bay in KwaZulu-Natal. The project has received backing by Fox Petroleum, IMC Limited, Gunvor Singapore, Fendercare Marine, Raetsheren van Orden and Ernst & Young. Estimated total Project value: US$9.2 billion.
