Pepkor Distribution Centre (Ackermans)

Construction of the new Pepkor Distribution Centre on site 15, Keystone Park, Hammersdale, Kwazulu-Natal. The scope of works includes: warehouse no 1 (55 055m²), warehouse no 2 (25 296m²), Office no 1 (ground & first 3 080m²), office no 2 (ground & first 1 943m²) Pod offices x 3 (909m²) and gate houses x 2 (41m²). The external works includes 66 000m² of concrete paving and roads, 13 150m² of car parks and 1 250m² of paving and pathways. The site area is approximately 180 000m² and needs to be fully fenced.
