Upgrading of approximately 63.2 km of the Pemba - Mapanza road (D361) to bituminous standard in southern province of Zambia. The scope of works will include among other things: 1) Construction of upgrading of 63.2 km of road through rolling and flat terrain. 2) Pavement layers of cement stabilized gravel with double seal wearing layer. 3) Construction of three bridges.
