Construction of a R3 billion "lifestyle development" on a 5,3 hectare property, to be known as the Pearls of Umhlanga. Pearl Reef comprises the multi-million rand refurbishment of the old Umhlanga Mews and will see the conversion of 50 existing timeshare flats into 22 apartments. Pearl Tides will be a cabana-style duplex development. Pearl Breeze will be a 96 apartment complex, and Pearl Dawn will consist of 120 luxury apartments. Pearl Sky will comprise 414 upmarket residential apartments, as well as executive studios, two penthouses, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury apartments.
