About this development
Construction of an additional Jack Nicklaus 18-hole golf course, (in addition to the existing golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, which is regarded as one of the best in the country) at Pearl Valley near Paarl in the Western Cape. The project will enlarge the Pearl Valley development with an additional 18-hole golf course, an equestrian centre and water sports facilities, add to the existing residential complex and build one or more additional luxury resort hotels.
