The village will consist of 11 erven with a density of 30 units per hectare with access control and a private road which will be a total of approximately 500 units situated around the clubhouse and will also feature a small cricket oval. The village will be situated north of the M34 and south east of the proposed provincial road K52 on the western side of West Avenue in Mnandi AH Ext 1, Gauteng.
