Construction of main buildings for the proposed Mpumalanga Provincial Parliamentary Village, Phase 3, on portion of the farm, Woodhouse 309JT Mbombela Local Municipality, Ehlanzeni District Municipality, Mpumalanga. Scope of works includes three distinct clusters of residences for MPL, MEC, VVIP's, common recreational facilities and access control as well as related services including fully functional control room and surveillance system in accordance with the specifications. The area is situated east of the old Nelspruit Airport, the site is approximately 8kms west of Mbombela City. The area is adjacent to the Gladdespruit perennial stream, and could be accessed via the Kaapschehoop Ave (D2128) and Hermansburg roads.
