Construction of studio apartments above the new shopping complex in Palmyra Road, on the outskirts of the CBD. The development will take place on land being used as a parking area near the Claremont subway, in Cape Town, in the Western Cape. The Palmyra Centre, on the periphery of the CBD, will comprise 2 200m² of retail space, underpinned by a 650m² Woolworths store.
