About this development
The project proposes a processing plant to develop several palm oil plantations in the south-eastern counties of Sinoe, Maryland, Grand Kru, Rivercess and River Gee in Liberia in West Africa. The project will initially cover a 15 000 ha area, which will be extended 220 000 ha in the future, with the goal of producing more than one million tons of palm oil per annum. Estimated project value : $1.6 billion.
