Further expansion of the Palidi Mall, Phase 4 on the Remainder of Portion 21 and Portion 66 of the Farm Syferkuil 921 LS and Erf 3 of Turfloop Extension 1.Turfloop Township, Mankweng located just off the R71 arterial road (between Polokwane and Tzaneen) and the University road in Mankweng in Limpopo. The area proposed for expansion is a vacant lot to the south of the existing Paledi Mall and will see the mall increase from 32 000m² to approximately 42 000m². The Phase 4 expansion involves the additional of new shops, alteration to the size of existing shops, and the addition of 2217 new parking bays. The total expansion will cover approximately 4.4 hectares in extent. Estimated value R135 million GPS co-ordinates 23°53’32.58"S 29°42’3.54"E
