Situated in the Waterberg region approximately 27 km from Bela-Bela (Warmbaths), in the Limpopo Province, on Portions 3, 13 and 18 of the Farm De Nyl Zyl Oog 423 KR. The development will consist of 53 residential homes and these will be restricted to a single storey.
