Construction of the proposed 132kv, double circuit, overhead powerline grid connection from the authorised Paarde Valley PV2 solar energy facility to the Vetlaagte main transmission station, including the switching station of the Paarde Valley on-site substation, a 132kv feeder bay and service roads, access road and fencing to be located within the following properties: Remainder of portion 2 of farm 145 Paarde Valley, portions 6, 29, 30, 31 and 43. Remainder of Farm 179 Du Plessis Dam, Remainder of portion 4 Vetlaagte and erven 266, 268, 5113, 5114, 5115, 5123, 5122, 5121, 5127, 5316 and 5315 near De Aar in Northern Cape. The exact GPS Coordinates are currently not known the marker has been placed at De Aar, Northern Cape: 30°35'06.1"S 24°01'08.7"E.
