About this development
Re-development of the Oude Molen, near Pinelands, Western Cape which will transform the historical site and the old Valkenberg Hospital buildings into a sustainable eco-village, this will include 600 new residential units for mixed-income buyers. This will include commercial units and the restoration of the old Manor House into a heritage site, as well as the rebuilding of facilities such as the Gaia Waldorf School. Project value: R80 million.
