Construction of bulk civil infrastructure for the Ortia Special Economic Zones - Precinct 2 located on Witkoppie Farm No 64IR portions 29, 38 and 108, Kempton Park, Gauteng. CIDB 9CE. The scope for civil works comprise mainly of: construction of asphalt roads with precast kerbs and channels (approx. 17 600m²), sidewalks paved using interlocking paver (approx. 3 500m²), stormwater pipelines raging from 450mm to 1 500mm in diameter, prefabricated culverts, head walls and outlet structures, attenuation Pond including Fencing (approx. 14 771m³), water reticulation pipelines and erf connections, pipe jacking/drilling across Atlas Road, sewer pipelines and erf connections, earthworks and platforms of G9 material imported from commercial sources, ducts for electricity and telecommunication services, regrading of existing channels, upgrading of existing pumpstation, roads and intersections, boundary Wall to the South of the site.
