Construction of three new lounges at the OR Tambo International Airport, located on Jones Road, Kempton Park, Johannesburg, Gauteng. CIDB 7GB. The scope of work involves demolitions of existing offices. Converting the offices into three lounge spaces (white boxes), with consideration to following space planning exercise: reception and welcome area, male and female ablutions, shower facilities, back-of-house meal preparation area with gas cooking facilities, bulk services and waste management facilities, security and access control requirements, safety management systems suitable for the facility, IT enablement systems, renovation of the existing lifts. GPS co-ordinates are 26°08'00.9"S 28°13'55.8"E
