Construction of a 30 000m² shopping centre in the old power station at Orlando Dam, in Gauteng. To be known as the Orlando Ekhaya Project. There will be three levels of shops within the old power station and restaurants overlooking the dam. There will be over 1000 parking bays and the mall will also be easily accessible through the use of public transport. Estimated Project Value: R500 million for entire project.
