Orange Island - Central Park and Town Houses

Construction of the village central park that will accommodate a variety of public facilities and a number of higher-density residential apartments overlooking the park towards the south, for Orange Island, Lagos Lagoon, Nigeria. The project involves the dredging of sand from the bed of the Lagos Lagoon, reclamation of a 150 hectare island, construction of an access land bridge and infrastructure to service the island, which will eventually be a fully serviced, community located 1 kilometre off the headland of Lekki Phase 1.
