About this development
Construction of a new NatIS One Stop Centre in Opuwo, Kunene Region in Namibia. The scope of work includes: Construction of a new cash hall, information building and waiting area; administration building, including offices and an adjacent ablution facility; vehicle inspection pit and shed; incline ramp; sewer reticulation, water supply system, storm water drainage structures and all the required municipal connections; site works, including bulk earthworks, layer works for testing areas, reinforced concrete surfacing, interlocked parking and driving areas, interlocked islands, kerbing, channelling, road signage, palisade fencing with entrance and exit gates and razor mesh fencing; canopies for staff parking area and light vehicle drivers testing areas, including benches. The sub-contracts will include: Construction of electricity supply, bulk and internal; access control, CCTV, alarm system, telephonic installation, site lighting and data system structured cabling installation; fire detection, fire protection, ventilation and air-conditioning installations.
