About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for a new sports center at the Free State rugby and cricket stadium to be known as the Old Gray Development project located in Bloemfontein, Free State. The project will include the brand new CTU College, the new Toyota Institute of Excellence in Rugby and student housing. In addition to the new 14 000 square foot development, the current Old Gray facility will be upgraded which includes the current two rugby fields for the use of the Toyota Cheetahs, the cricket club and the Old Gray club.
