About this development
Construction of the office component for a mixed-use development to be known as the Stimela Square on the old Ussher site in Marshalltown, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The mixed-use development will consist of approximately 90 000m² of new office space, 250 residential units, parking for 6000 vehicles and a retail component and square on the ground floor. Located on part of the historical Ferreira’s Camp, the development is arranged around an inner city garden square created to be the focal space of Stimela and hive of retail and public activity.
