Offices for Ministry of Water and Environment, Kampala, Uganda

Construction of a new modern office block to accommodate the Headquarters function to the Ministry of Water and Environment at Plot 3-7, Kabalega Crescent, Luzira Kampala, Uganda. Scope of works includes a 6 level office building with a total gross floor area of 10 782m² with foundation designed and constructed to allow future extensions up to 10 levels / floors; vehicle parking bays for at least 120 cars and external works and other auxiliary facilities. The building will have reinforced concrete frames within infill block walls; aluminum external doors and windows; timber internal doors; tiled floor and suspended ceiling; plastered and painted walls; electrical, mechanical, lifts, air conditioning and ventilation installations and associated external works.
